  • Finished gallery in 5 days ? Even with this many photos, the turnaround stays the same. You get the finished set while the party is still fresh in everyone's mind.

Studniówka (Polish prom ball) from €580 / $675 for 4 hours. The price is higher than the Gold package because two of us work at a prom and photos of every class are included. Photo and video packages are quoted individually.

Every package includes my signature colour grading, a private online gallery and a licence to use the photos for personal purposes. I issue VAT invoices. 30% deposit when you book, the rest after the party.

Where I work

Party photography
across Warsaw

Warsaw has been my patch since 2018. I know most of the venues where private parties happen: restaurants in Powiśle, banquet halls in Mokotów, clubs in Praga, apartments in the city centre.

I also travel outside the city. Konstancin, Pruszków, Otwock and Legionowo come at no extra cost. Trips further across Poland are quoted individually.

I'm Tomek Bort, party photographer

I've been photographing private parties in Warsaw and the surrounding area since 2018. I work in English, Polish and Chinese, so international hosts and mixed groups of guests are no problem.

Party photos often take weeks to arrive. With me, the gallery is ready within 5 days of the party. You can share the photos with your guests before the memories of the night start to fade.

I've photographed birthdays and parties in restaurants in Powiśle, clubs in Praga, banquet halls in Mokotów and private apartments in the city centre. I know how the evening usually flows, when the cake comes out and when the dance floor gets going.

I cover parties of every size, from intimate birthday dinners to big 18th birthdays and anniversaries with a hundred guests or more. For larger parties we work as a team of two: one photographer covers the official part, the other covers the dance floor.

I also photograph studniówka proms, though that's a separate topic. If you're looking for a photographer specifically for a prom ball, get in touch and I'll happily advise you.

The number of photos depends on how long the party lasts: 2 hours gets you 80 fully edited photos, 6 hours gets you 240.

Prices start from €275 / $320 for the Silver package (2 hours). If you'd also like a film or short videos for social media, I work with a videographer. Tell me the occasion, the number of guests and how many hours you need, and I'll come back with an exact quote within 24 hours.

Heads up: popular dates
Weekends in May and June are the busiest time for birthdays and 18th birthday parties, so it's worth getting in touch early. I also photograph studniówka proms in January and February, if that's what you need.

Peace of mind

Party hosts worry about one thing above all: what if something goes wrong

That's why every job is protected on four levels.

Gear
Two full-frame Nikon mirrorless cameras, spare lenses, two flash systems and a second laptop for backing up photos during the party. If one camera fails, the work doesn't stop.
Files
Photos are copied to two separate drives the same night. The gallery goes onto a backed-up server and stays available for 12 months.
People
I have a regular second shooter I work with on bigger events: large birthdays, anniversaries, proms. If for any reason I couldn't make it to your party, there's a replacement ready from the same team.
Contract
We sign a contract that sets out the scope of work, the number of photos, the gallery delivery date, the payment terms and what happens if deadlines are missed. Everything in writing.

What to expect

Every party has its own rhythm: the cake, the speeches, the first dance, your family's emotions, your friends going wild. It's hard to catch all of that yourself, especially when you're the host.

As a party photographer in Warsaw, I don't blast a flash straight into people's faces and I don't line guests up at the table. I use flash with a light touch and blend it with the venue's own lighting, so the photos have vivid colours and the real atmosphere of the night, not the look of a school yearbook.

I work in the background. I don't stop the party or round up guests every half hour. I catch the spontaneous moments, but I also have ideas for creative group shots when the time is right.

You get your gallery as a link to a private album. Download, share with friends, print, whatever you like. No watermarks and no download fees.

Why a photographer
gives you more than a photo booth

A photo booth is a fun extra, but documentary party photography is something else: the complete story of the evening, from the first guests to the last dance.

Not a dozen posed snaps, but hundreds of frames showing real emotions.

As a party photographer in Warsaw, I work in any lighting. A club with coloured spotlights, a dim restaurant, an outdoor party after dark. I know how to work in near darkness and bring out the light and colour of every moment on the dance floor.

I shoot on two full-frame Nikon mirrorless cameras with fast prime lenses. Add to that flash systems and a complete backup kit.

Popular dates go fast. Especially birthday weekends in May and June, and in prom season January and February too. If you already have a date, it's better to message me now than in a month.
