Who I am

Event photographer

I've been photographing events in Warsaw since 2018 and I work regularly with international clients. More than 150 corporate events behind me and a 4.9/5 rating on Google from over 200 reviews.

Before that I spent several seasons in Los Angeles and New York shooting collection launches, brand events and pop-up stores for direct-to-consumer companies in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. That's where I picked up fast delivery of the material, working under PR pressure and the habit of sorting photos for specific communication channels.

Corporate events, conferences and galas

As a Warsaw event photographer I cover industry conferences, anniversary galas, product launches, congresses, trade fairs, training sessions and company parties.

I work with marketing, PR and HR teams from the brief through to delivering the sorted material.

I don't treat an event as a job for pretty pictures. A tenth-anniversary gala needs something different from a conference with speakers, and a product launch needs different framing from a team party. Before I walk into the room I know who the main sponsor is, which guests matter to the PR team, and which shots are going to internal communication and which to the press.

Full coverage of an eight-hour conference? Selected shots the same night for social media, the rest of the gallery within 5 days. Documentary event photography at events with 300 guests or more needs a second photographer in the room, so that the CEO's toast and the conversation happening in the lobby aren't missed. On projects like that I work with a team.

A planned approach to corporate events

We agree a shot list before the event.

The key moments, the important guests, the sponsor branding, the shots for employer branding. After the event I deliver the material sorted by where it's going, ready to use straight away.

As standard you get portraits of the speakers in their natural context, shots from the conversations on the sidelines, sponsor logos captured without the staged billboard look, and a selection prepared for specific channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, the CSR report, media contacts. I sign non-disclosure agreements and issue VAT invoices.

Equipment

Two full-frame mirrorless bodies and full backup of the material.

I shoot on two full-frame mirrorless bodies, a Nikon Z6 III and a Z6 II, with a 50 mm f/1.8 prime and a 24-70 mm f/2.8 zoom. Fast glass earns its place where conditions are difficult: low light, mixed sources, quick action on the dance floor.

In a conference hall lit by a mix of LED and halogen, or a club full of red lasers, that kit gives clean, sharp frames without excessive noise. The material is fully backed up too: a second body, spare cards and a second laptop for copying photos as the event goes on.

Where I work in the city

I know most of the conference venues in the city.

Warsaw has been my main territory since 2018. I know most of the conference rooms, hotels and event centres, so no time goes on scouting the venue. I work most often in:

Śródmieście and Wola
The Westin, Hilton, Marriott and Renaissance hotels, and the Warsaw Spire and Generation Park office buildings.
Mokotów and Wilanów
Conference rooms in the Adgar complex, Kameralna 23, events in the Wilanów residences.
Powiśle and Solec
The Copernicus Science Centre, Stara Drukarnia, Elektrownia Powiśle and the restaurants along the river.
Praga Północ and Praga Południe
Koneser, Soho Factory and the venues on Ząbkowska street.
Ochota, Ursynów and Białołęka
Company parties in banquet halls and corporate events in smaller spaces.

I travel outside the city too. Konstancin, Pruszków, Otwock and Legionowo are routine. Longer trips across Poland and abroad are quoted individually.

What clients say about my work

Conferences, galas, brand launches

We ran a two-day industry conference for 400 people at a hotel in Mokotów. Tom delivered selected shots from day one before dinner, so our communication kept running in real time. The full gallery went into the post-conference report and the sponsor materials in four days, exactly as agreed. Discreet, and focused on the moments that mattered to PR.

Aleksandra N.
communications coordinator

We held our firm's tenth-anniversary gala at a hotel in Powiśle. I needed someone who could handle both the formal part and the banquet without slowing the ceremony down. Tom was there for every important moment and never drew attention to himself. The photos from the toasts ended up on our homepage and in the client newsletter.

Bartłomiej O.
managing partner, law firm

I was running the launch of a new cosmetics line, and the pressure was high with journalists and influencers in one room. Tom delivered the first shots the same evening and we put them straight into our stories. The full gallery arrived in four days and went out to the press and our retail partners. Professional without being stiff.

Brands I worked with in the US

Collection launches, flagship store openings, pop-ups.

In the States I covered events for direct-to-consumer brands in activewear, fashion, beauty and lifestyle:

Activewear
Alo Yoga, Outdoor Voices, Girlfriend Collective
Fashion
Reformation, Everlane, Rag & Bone, Kith
Beauty
Rhode, Rare Beauty
Lifestyle and travel
Away

These were new collection launches, flagship store openings, pop-ups in Los Angeles and New York, and events with online creators. Events like these combine three worlds in a single evening: corporate PR, live coverage and the real energy of the guests. That's exactly the approach I bring to my work in Warsaw today.

Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before the event

Can I say which people or moments should be photographed?

Yes. Before the event I send a short questionnaire where you mark the most important guests, the key moments and the places. For larger galas the organiser often sends me a ready-made shot list, which I build into the plan for the coverage.

What if the event runs longer than planned?

Every hour started beyond the package is charged at €80 / $95, and you make the decision during the evening.

Are you there for the whole event?

That's your call. Some clients want me there from start to finish, others pick the key hours, for example the first three hours with the toasts and the formal programme. I'll help you work out the right scope when we talk.

Do you travel to events outside Warsaw?

Yes. Include the event location in your enquiry. Travel within Warsaw is included in the price, and longer trips across Poland and abroad are quoted individually.

Do you sign a contract and issue a VAT invoice?

Yes, I run a registered business and issue VAT invoices. As standard we sign a short contract covering the scope of work, the delivery date for the gallery and the licence terms. For corporate clients I adapt the paperwork to your internal procedures, including signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Dates and quotes

Something out of the ordinary?
I'll quote it individually.

Need something beyond the standard packages? Several photographers at once, a full-day conference with parallel sessions, video alongside the photos, live coverage for social media.
Send me the scope and I'll quote within 24 hours.

Dates for corporate events are booked well in advance. Weekends and dates that clash with major industry conferences go first.
Looking for a photographer for an 18th birthday, a prom or a private party? I have a separate offer for that.
