Payment
- 30% deposit paid online (Przelewy24, card or BLIK) to secure your date
- You pay the remaining balance after the shoot
- For the final payment I accept card, BLIK, bank transfer or cash
- VAT invoice available on request
If the shoot was meant to be outdoors and the day turns out rainy, we'll move it to another date without any fuss. The deposit carries over to the new date.
If you need to reschedule for any other reason, let me know at least 48 hours ahead and we'll find a new date. The deposit is kept and counts towards the rescheduled shoot.

Before you book
What if the date I want is unavailable?
Do get in touch anyway. Even when the calendar shows nothing free, something can often be arranged: someone changes their booking, or a slot opens up.
What if my idea doesn't fit any category?
I've done plenty of unusual projects. If you have a shoot in mind that isn't in the catalogue, write to me. I'm glad to talk the idea through and work out how to make it happen.
Is the package price final?
Yes. The price shown with each package is final and includes VAT. It covers colour grading of every photo and retouching of as many shots as the package includes.
Add-ons are quoted separately and I always give you the price before you book: makeup and hair, personal styling, travel outside Warsaw, and retouching of extra photos.
What happens to the deposit if I cancel?
The deposit is forfeited if the client cancels the shoot, in line with the Polish Civil Code. If I cancel through my own fault, I pay back twice the deposit.
Rescheduling in advance is not a cancellation: the deposit carries over to the new date.
