Hen party photoshoot prices in Warsaw

Silver package

Works well for groups of up to 6–8 people and one location. A good choice for a shorter evening or when you want coverage from a single place.

  • 1 hour of shooting ?A short session in one location. I time my arrival to catch the group's energy without wasting time on setting up. The group usually finds its rhythm quickly and stops noticing the camera after a few minutes.
  • Up to 200 photos in your gallery to choose from ?All photos colour graded, in full resolution, in a private online gallery. The gallery stays active for 12 months, with a link and password just for you.
  • 10 retouched photos in 5 days ?You pick your 10 favourite shots from the gallery for detailed retouching. I deliver them within 5 days of your selection. You can order more if you like.
  • Express editing in 24h: +€45 / $55 ?Finished photos within 24 hours of choosing your frames, for an extra fee.
  • Discretion on request ?I never publish photos without your consent.
  • Plan B if it rains ?We reschedule at no cost or move to the studio in Praga or Targówek. The studio is included in the package, with no extra rental fee.

  • Option of two locations ?You can start at the Vistula Boulevards and finish in Praga-Północ, or combine an outdoor shoot with the studio. A change of place gives you photos with a different mood and backdrop.
  • 20 retouched photos in 5 days ?You choose 20 shots for detailed retouching, and I deliver them within 5 days of your selection, however many photos are in the gallery.
  • Express editing in 24h: +€45 / $55 ?Finished photos within 24 hours of choosing your frames, for an extra fee.
  • Discretion on request ?Photos never go into my portfolio or on social media without the explicit consent of the whole group.

Coverage of the whole evening, from getting ready to the finale. For groups who want the complete story: every place, every moment, the entire night.

  • Multiple locations ?I go with you all over Warsaw: bar, outdoors, studio, restaurant. Every change of place brings a new mood and new shots.
  • 40 retouched photos in 5 days ?You choose 40 shots for detailed retouching. I deliver them within 5 days of your selection, however many photos are in the gallery.
  • Express editing in 24h: +€45 / $55 ?Finished photos within 24 hours of choosing your frames, for an extra fee.
  • Small tweaks after delivery ?If after delivery you'd like a different crop or a gentle adjustment to one of the retouched photos, just message me and I'll fix it at no extra cost.

Every package includes: direction during the shoot, colour grading of all photos, retouching of selected shots, a private password-protected online gallery, travel within Warsaw at no extra cost and a VAT invoice on request. The studio is included in the price, with no extra rental fee.

Bride-to-be mini session: included in every package

A separate portrait of the bride-to-be, at no extra cost

Every hen party I photograph includes a separate block just for the bride-to-be. Anywhere from a few minutes to a quarter of an hour, with only her in front of the lens. These photos become a wedding gift: to print, to put in an album, to frame.

If you're the maid of honour looking for a gift, this is the moment that makes the difference between a keepsake and a phone snap.

A few scenarios I shoot most often in Warsaw:

Easygoing city

The Boulevards, the Old Town, Praga-Północ. The city as a backdrop, golden hour, a relaxed vibe and movement.

Boho in the park

Skaryszewski Park or Łazienki, flower crowns, dresses, natural light between the trees.

Studio elegance

The studio in Praga, plain backdrops, controlled light, outfits in the spotlight.

Picnic

Grass, blankets, a basket of food and prosecco. Candid coverage of the fun, not posing.

Industrial mood

The murals and courtyard gates of Praga-Północ, brick, raw interiors for bolder outfits.

Studio party

Music, your own catering, no stress about the weather. The studio in Praga or Targówek is included in the package.

What a hen party photoshoot in Warsaw looks like

Two parts I combine at every hen party.

During candid coverage I stay on the sidelines, not at the centre of things. I respect your privacy.

The first part is candid coverage: I go along with you and catch what happens between the photos. The laughter, the toast, the moment the bride doesn't yet know I'm looking. The second part is directed group shots and a solo mini session for the bride-to-be.

I work discreetly, and the photos go nowhere without your explicit consent.

I usually shoot here towards evening, in soft light and on the quieter stretches of the boulevards.

Old Town

Late afternoon, before the tour groups arrive.

Soft light between the trees.

Studio

The studio in Praga or Targówek, if you prefer an indoor space with no weather risk.

How it works step by step

From first message to gallery in five steps.

  1. 01You send me the date of the party, the number of people and the place, and I reply within a few hours.
  2. 02We go through the plan for the shoot: route, duration, mood.
  3. 03The date is booked once the 30% deposit is paid.
  4. 04A few days before the shoot I send you a guide: what to bring and what looks good on camera.
  5. 05You get an online gallery, pick your favourite shots, and the retouched photos come back in 5 days.
