Women swipe right on only 6% of men's profiles. That's not a typo. You have less than three seconds to stop someone's thumb on your photo.

  • 1 hour of an outdoor shoot ?The shoot covers active shooting time plus short transitions between locations.
  • Up to 200 photos from the shoot ?Over an hour of shooting I take around 200 shots. I can share the private online gallery with all the frames as soon as the day of the shoot, so you get instant access to them.
  • Retouching of 10 photos included ?Retouching means professional editing of the chosen frames: skin correction, removing blemishes, refining every detail. I'm happy to help you pick the best 10 shots, the ones the dating algorithms will rank highest.
  • 2 different locations and styles ?I plan the route in Warsaw so that the top photo spots and varied backdrops are right next to each other. Instead of wasting time on long journeys, we quickly change the feel of the frames, so your profile doesn't look like a single shot against a wall.
  • 2-3 different outfits (clothes) ?A quick change of jacket, hoodie or glasses on location dramatically changes how a photo reads. We also change backdrops, so the frames look like they were taken on different occasions.
  • Finished photos in 5 business days ?The full, advanced retouching takes a maximum of 5 business days. The clock starts the moment the final ten are chosen - whether you pick the photos yourself (right after the shoot) or we do it together.

What sets a dating shoot apart from a portrait shoot

The 5-Frame Method

Most photographers take portraits. A good portrait looks good as a single image. A dating profile, though, is a set of 4-6 photos that together tell a story about who you are. The Tinder algorithm rewards profiles with variety. Photos that work well on a profile are not the same as photos that look good in a gallery.

01
Main
A face shot with eye contact, soft side light, a neutral or urban background. It's the one photo fighting for that first right swipe.
02
Full body
A shot from 3-4 metres away, showing your height, posture and style. The Tinder algorithm rewards profiles where the whole figure is visible in at least one photo.
03
Context
A photo in a natural setting: a cafe, a park, the street, the outdoors. It shows how you look day to day, not just in front of the lens.
04
Activity
A shot doing something, or with a prop that says something about you. It doesn't have to be sport. It can be coffee, a book, a bike, an instrument.
05
Night or evening
Optional, but effective. The neon backdrop of central Warsaw, the warm light of a bar. This frame sets your profile apart from dozens of similar park shots.

That's 5 frames from five different situations, not 5 variations of the same pose against a wall.

Why a dating-app shoot is a separate specialty

Since 2018, over 300 shoots

Since 2018 I've done over 600 portrait shoots for men in Warsaw, of which over 300 were dedicated exclusively to dating apps. I started working as a dating-app photographer when I saw that standard portrait shoots don't give clients a set that really works on a profile.

I changed my mind once I started comparing clients' results. Those who uploaded a set made up of varied frames following the scheme above clearly got more matches than those with 5 pretty portraits from a single location.

That's why a dating-app shoot is a separate offer with me, with its own scenario, its own location plan and a different approach to selecting the photos at the editing stage.

I work with natural light and continuous light. No flash, no artificiality.
Posing from A to Z - I show ready inspiration on location, guide you through every pose and make sure the frames come out 100% natural. It's about authentic reactions, not forced, artificial gestures in front of the lens.
The retouching is light: colour balance, skin, temporary blemishes. I don't change facial features and I don't smooth wrinkles. Tinder means meeting in real life.
At the selection stage I look at the set as a whole, not at individual photos. I check whether the profile has a main, a full body, a context and an activity.
Optional add-on: professional help from a stylist for those who want to completely refresh their wardrobe before the shoot. We arrange this individually.
What the shoot looks like step by step

Step by step

1

Consultation before the shoot

We text or talk for 15 minutes. We settle the style, the locations, what to bring. I advise what to wear for each set - I'll help you choose clothes and outfits so everything looks cohesive and attractive in the photos.

2

Warm-up without the camera

The first 10 minutes are just a chat. Most people stop thinking about being on a shoot after a quarter of an hour.

3

Working across several locations

The centre, Powiśle, Praga or Wola. We change the setting so the set is varied rather than monotonous.

4

Outfit changes

2-3 outfits in the basic package, 4-6 in the extended one. Each set of clothes gives the frame a different feel.

5

Selection and editing

The online gallery the next day. You choose which photos we edit. I advise what works on a given app. The finished edits come back to you within 5 business days.

Who this shoot is for

I don't screen clients

I don't ask about looks or how active you are on the apps. Men write to me who:

Are setting up a profile from scratch after a long time and want to start with good material.

Already have a profile but get few matches and suspect it's down to the photos.

Are returning to the apps after a long relationship and want something other than old selfies.

Simply never had a good set of photos and decided it was time to change that.

If you'd rather have a shoot for LinkedIn, a company website or Instagram as a content creator, I invite you to the separate portrait-shoots page. Here I focus exclusively on dating apps.

What clients say

One meeting. A month of dating that works.

"I'd had a Tinder account for two years and the whole time I got maybe one match a week. After the shoot I uploaded new photos and in the first week I had eight. Tomek told me before the shoot that it's a matter of variety across frames, not just the quality of a single photo. He was right, which I had absolutely no idea about."

Rafał Kucharski data analyst, 34

"I put off the shoot for a long time, because I wasn't sure it made sense for a woman. It turned out it absolutely did. Tomek understands that a Hinge profile isn't a fashion shoot and doesn't try to style you up. The photos came out looking like me at my best. Three weeks after uploading the new ones I'd arranged four dates with people I actually wanted to meet."

Weronika Szcześniak interior architect, 29

"I wanted something better than phone photos taken by a friend against a wall. I didn't expect the shoot to be this on-point: a location plan, what to wear, how to stand. No waffling. I noticed the results on Bumble straight away. My first match the same evening I uploaded the photos."

Damian Orłowski aviation service technician, 31

Frequently asked questions

Got questions?

Is the shoot only for men?

No. I do shoots for men and women. Most of my clients for this particular offer are men, but women write to me too and the results are just as good.

What if I have no experience in front of the lens?

That's exactly what this shoot is for. I show every pose and explain what to adjust. You don't need to know anything about photography.

Are the photos only good for Tinder?

No. They come out well on Hinge, Bumble, Badoo and any other app. Some clients also use them on Instagram as lifestyle photos.

Do you keep it discreet?

Yes. I don't publish photos from the shoot without the client's written consent. Some clients agree to let me use their photos in my portfolio, but it's never a condition of booking.

How long is the wait for a date?

Usually 1-2 weeks. It's worth writing in advance, especially in spring and summer.

Are you a dating-app photographer only in Warsaw?

I work as a dating-app photographer mainly in Warsaw. The centre, Powiśle, Praga, Wola and a studio in Targówek. I occasionally travel, but that's an individual quote.
