Most people tell me at the start "I don't know how to pose". Good. The first few minutes are conversation, not photos. I handle the rest. No "now smile", no stiff poses. You get natural frames, in a gallery within 4-5 days.

Autumn turns grey, rain arrives without warning, and in January it's already dark by four. That's when a studio photoshoot in central Warsaw saves the day, with natural light and full lighting equipment. Studio rental is included in the package price.
A studio photoshoot covers portrait, women's, business, maternity, newborn and family shoots. The studio is calmer than shooting outdoors, with no passers-by, no onlookers and no stress of facing a camera in public for the first time. For many people that's the difference between a photoshoot you enjoy and one you merely get through.

11 most common questionsWhat if I can't pose?
Most of my clients say that at the start. The first 10-15 minutes are conversation and getting used to the camera, not photos. Then I direct: I show you where to place your hands, tell you where to look, give you pauses. After a quarter of an hour you usually forget the camera is there at all.
How much does a Warsaw photographer cost?
Pricing starts from 790 PLN / €185 for the Silver package (up to 200 photos with a selection of the best), 1,490 PLN / €345 for the Gold package (up to 400 photos) and from 2,490 PLN / €575 for the Platinum package (up to 800 photos, 4+ hours). All packages include on-set direction, professional editing and access to a private online gallery.
Within Warsaw I don't charge for travel. VAT invoice on request.
When will I get my photos?
Edited photos land in a private online gallery within 4-5 days of the photoshoot. For very large projects (e.g. a full wedding day), up to 7 working days.
Where do we usually work in Warsaw?
It depends on the type of photoshoot, but most often:
- Łazienki Royal Park and other city parks (family and engagement photoshoots)
- The old post-industrial districts (branding and wedding photoshoots)
- Across central Warsaw (business photoshoots, often at your office)
- The Vistula Boulevards at sunset
- A central photo studio (studio, women's, business and maternity photoshoots)

How far ahead should I book?
A short photoshoot in Warsaw (1-2h): 3-7 days, sometimes even the next day. Longer and wedding photoshoots: at least 2-3 weeks. Saturdays fill up fastest in wedding season (May-September) and before the holidays (November-December).
What if it rains?
First option: we wait it out (a downpour in Warsaw usually lasts 30 minutes). Second: we reschedule at no extra cost. Third: we move the photoshoot to the central studio, with natural light and a full lighting kit.
Can I change outfits?
Yes, as many times as the photoshoot allows. The studio has a separate changing area, and outdoors I plan the route so there's somewhere to change along the way (a café, the car, a changing room in a nearby building).
What should I bring to the photoshoot?
2-3 outfits, comfortable shoes (we walk a lot) and a bottle of water. After booking I send a short guide tailored to your photoshoot type: what works, what to avoid, how to prepare the day before.
Photoshoots outside Warsaw?
Yes. Most often the Tricity, Kraków, Wrocław and Masuria. Destination wedding and branding photoshoots are no problem. Travel costs are added separately and we agree them before booking.
How do payment and booking work?
We reserve the date with a 30% deposit of the package value (Stripe: Przelewy24, card or BLIK). The rest on the day of the photoshoot or afterwards by cash, transfer or BLIK. VAT invoice on request.
Note: the deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the photoshoot — this is a standard rule under Polish civil law that secures the reserved date.

I handle photography myself, but I work with two trusted videographers in Warsaw and can recommend the right person for your budget and photoshoot type (wedding, branding, Instagram reels).
