Up to 200 photos in your gallery to choose from Only good frames make it into the gallery, with no closed eyes or blurry shots. You browse them at your own pace and mark your favorites.

10 retouched photos included Retouching keeps you looking natural: I balance light and color and remove small, temporary blemishes, but I don't change your facial features. If you can't decide, I'll suggest which 10 frames work best together. Extra photos are available for an additional fee.

Session in the studio, at your office or outdoors We pick one place that best suits your industry: a neutral studio, your practice or office, or an urban outdoor location. In bad weather we can swap outdoors for the studio at no extra cost.

A photographer who starts with questions, not the camera
My name is Tomek Bort and I have been a photographer in Warsaw since 2018. I specialize in personal branding photoshoots for experts, consultants and founders who sell their knowledge. I work with people who are building personal brands and want to look the way their clients already see them.
Over more than 600 sessions I have learned one thing: a photo that really works for a brand isn't made in front of the camera. It's made in conversation, before the camera even appears. That's why I start every session with a question: how do you want to be seen, and by whom?
Who is a personal branding photoshoot in Warsaw for?
Your skills are at expert level. Your LinkedIn photos are three years old and were taken on a phone. Clients judge you before they read your first sentence, and what they see is an image that stopped representing you long ago.

"I don't like photos and I can't pose."
Almost everyone says this before they come to me. I understand it well, because I don't feel great in front of a lens either. That's why I don't start with the camera.
The first minutes of the session are just a conversation about your work and your clients. The camera comes out when you're ready, not before. I guide you through every shot: your shoulders, your hands, where to look. After ten or fifteen minutes most people stop thinking about the camera. And that's exactly when something happens that you can't plan.
After the session most clients say one of two things: "finally, photos that actually look like me" or "I didn't know I could look like that". Both are good.
How is a personal branding photoshoot different from a regular photoshoot?
A regular session starts with the camera and ends with photos. A personal branding session starts with strategy and ends with material that changes how you look to the people you want to attract.

A conversation about who you are, who your client is and how you want to be seen. Without it, every session is guesswork. From this I build the whole plan: mood, locations, outfits and a shot list.

The shoot happens in the studio or outdoors, with guidance at every step. You see the shots as we go and decide what goes into the gallery.

Finished photos
A private online gallery with photos to choose from on the day of the session. You get fully retouched photos, ready to publish on LinkedIn, your website and social media, in 5 days.
The result isn't a random collection of photos. It's a consistent visual series that works for your position as an expert for months.

A conversation about your brand and goal
Before we settle anything else, we talk about what you do, who your audience is and how you want to be seen. I send a short guide tailored to your goal and advise which outfits work on camera.

The first minutes without the camera
We start by talking. The camera comes out when you're ready. Most people relax faster than they expect.

I guide you through every shot
Your shoulders, your hands, where to look. During the session you see the photos on the preview and react as we go.

Online gallery on the day of the session
You choose the photos for editing the same day. The finished files come back to you in 5 days.
Where do we take the photos?
Studio
I work in a studio in Praga or Targówek, included in the package price at no extra cost. The studio works well when you want a clean background or a specific color palette that matches your brand.
Outdoors
If you prefer outdoors, I shoot in central Warsaw, in Powiśle, Praga and Wola. I know the spots where the best natural light falls at certain times of day. Outdoors works great when you want to show that you work out in the field, not just behind a desk.

Do I need to know how to pose?
No. Almost all my clients say before the session that they can't pose. I guide you through every shot. After ten or fifteen minutes most people stop thinking about the camera, and that's when the best photos happen.
What if I have no idea for the session?
That's the best starting point. Before the session we talk about how you want to be seen, who your client is and where the photos will be used. From that I build the whole plan.
How many photos do I get?
Your online gallery has up to 200, 400 or 800 photos to choose from, depending on the package. From these you pick frames for full retouching: 10, 20 or 40 included in the package. Extra photos can be retouched for an additional fee.
How quickly will I get the photos?
The online gallery with unedited photos to choose from reaches you on the day of the session. The retouched files come back within 5 days.
Do you also photograph whole teams?
