Personal stylist in Warsaw and personal shopper for your photoshoot

Add a personal stylist in Warsaw to your photoshoot. You arrive knowing every outfit works, so you can stop thinking about clothes and focus on the photos. Sessions run in English.

When you know what suits your body shape and you have outfits that photograph well, the shoot itself gets easier. You can focus on working with the camera instead of fixing your clothes and second-guessing your choices.

After booking, you fill in a short style questionnaire. It helps the stylist understand your goals, preferences, budget and lifestyle, so you get straight to the point from the very first meeting.

What the stylist learns first

01Your current style and what you want to change
02Your lifestyle: work, casual, creative
03Your clothing budget, if you plan to shop
04Colours and cuts you love and the ones you avoid
05Features you want to highlight
06Measurements and full-length photos for precise recommendations

Online consultation

Online call up to 2 hours, then a list of links
€235 $270

A call with the stylist about your body shape, your style and what to wear to the shoot. The stylist knows the locations where I photograph, so she picks colours and cuts for the places where we will actually be shooting.

After the call, the stylist first builds outfits from what is already in your wardrobe. If something is missing, you get a list of links to specific pieces. You shop online at your own pace and arrive at the shoot with your outfits ready. All without leaving home.

What you get

  • Up to 2 hours on a call with the stylist
  • An analysis of your body shape, colours and style for the shoot
  • A list of links to clothes worth buying
  • Tips on combining new pieces with what you already own

Stylist on set

On set for the shoot, with 3 outfits prepared in advance
€235 $270

The stylist prepares 3 outfits in advance, matched to your body shape and the concept of the shoot. The clothes are rented, so you don't need to buy anything.

On the day, the stylist is on set. She makes sure every piece sits right between shots and makes the small adjustments that decide whether clothes look good on camera.

What you get

  • 3 outfits prepared and rented before the shoot
  • The stylist on set for the whole shoot
  • Fit adjustments on the go, between shots
  • Cleaner files and less retouching after the shoot

What about the cost of clothes?

The prices on this page cover the stylist's work and expertise. You buy clothes separately, and you always set the budget yourself. The exception is the stylist on set: there, 3 outfits are rented and included in the price.

Warsaw offers plenty of options: Polish brands, high-street chains, second-hand shops in Mokotów or premium labels if you feel like it. The stylist works within an amount you are comfortable with.

Nobody pushes you into anything. If nothing feels right on the day, that's completely fine. You only take home what you genuinely like.

Rough clothing costs

Polish brands and high-street chains A full outfit usually 300–600 PLN (about €70–140)
Upper high street A blazer or coat 500–900 PLN (about €115–210)
Premium and designer labels No upper limit, if that's what you want
For 4–5 camera-ready outfits, a realistic starting budget is around 1,500–2,500 PLN (about €350–580), with a mix of Polish brands and high-street chains.

Shopping spots in Warsaw

Most shopping sessions take place in Śródmieście (the city centre) and Mokotów, but we plan the route around what we are looking for and where is easier for you to get to.

If you are planning your journey, the easiest areas to reach are Centrum, Wilanowska or Rondo Daszyńskiego.

The stylist confirms the exact meeting point and details before the shopping day.

Mokotów Westfield Mokotów, Galeria Mokotów
Śródmieście Złote Tarasy, Dom Mody Klif, boutiques around Mokotowska Street
Wola Westfield Arkadia, for bigger shopping sessions

What clients say

★★★★★

A colleague kept telling me I needed help before my corporate portrait shoot. I was sceptical, but I booked the express shopping. We went through three shops and the stylist pointed me to things I would never have picked up myself. I ended up with shirts that actually fit properly across the shoulders. Tomek said during the shoot that the colours came out well in the photos.

★★★★★

I was forever buying clothes online that looked great in the pictures and didn't fit me at all in real life. Before my shoot I booked a video consultation with photo analysis. The stylist went through photos of my wardrobe, pointed out things I had forgotten about and then added three missing pieces to buy. She told me straight what didn't fit well.

★★★★★

After changing jobs I had to rethink how I dress, but I had no idea where to start. The body shape analysis and shopping day were intense in a good way. We created around 40 outfits from what I kept and the new pieces. Now I just check the photos in my guide and know what to wear.

Marta Kowalska Operations analyst

Edyta
and Julia

The team is two stylists. Each brings her own experience and way of working to help you find a style in which you feel like yourself.

Edyta, personal stylist working on photoshoots in Warsaw

Edyta

Edyta has worked in the fashion industry for 9 years. She has styled lookbooks, advertising campaigns and commercials. Day to day she works with individual clients and helps them find a style that suits their body shape, personality and lifestyle.

Julia, stylist specialising in men's photoshoots

Julia

Julia handles styling and image consulting for men's photoshoots, from professional portraits to dating app photos. She chooses clothes deliberately to bring out character, strength and individuality. She combines the look of the frame with menswear practicality and creates coherent visual stories that catch the eye.

Both know how I work and how clothes behave in front of the camera. A stylist booked separately, a week before the shoot, has no way of anticipating that.

How we work

  • We talk about the type of shoot, the location and the look you want in the photos
  • We build outfits from what you already have in your wardrobe first
  • We list any missing pieces as links for online shopping
  • Before the shoot we check fit, colours and how the clothes look in the frame
  • On set, the stylist adjusts outfits between shots and takes care of the details
When a client looks in the mirror and starts smiling because they like what they see, that's the moment we do this for.

Add makeup and hair

Styling is one part of looking good in photos. For a complete look I also offer professional makeup and hairstyling. The beauty team works alongside the stylists.

FAQ

Do the prices include clothes?

No, except for the stylist on set service, where 3 outfits are rented and included in the price. With the other services you buy the clothes yourself, on a budget you set.

What if I don't like anything?

That's completely fine. There is no pressure to buy, and you only take home the things you really like. The stylist is there to advise, not to sell.

How much should I budget for clothes?

As a rough guide, a full outfit from Polish brands and high-street chains is usually 300–600 PLN (about €70–140), and an upper high-street blazer 500–900 PLN (about €115–210). For 4–5 outfits, a realistic start is around 1,500–2,500 PLN (about €350–580).

Can I book a stylist without a photoshoot?

These services are only available with my photoshoots and are not sold separately. That way the outfits are made for the camera and synced with the shoot schedule.

How is the online consultation different from shopping?

In the online consultation the stylist picks clothes and sends you links, and you shop yourself whenever you like. With shopping, you go to the shops together and try everything on the spot.

Can the stylist stay for the shoot?

Yes, that's the stylist on set service, €235 / $270. The stylist prepares 3 rented outfits in advance and, on the day, adjusts the fit between shots.

Which stylist will I get?

Edyta or Julia, depending on availability on your date. If you prefer a specific person, mention it in your enquiry and I will match the date if the calendar allows.

Do you style both women and men?

Yes, both. The stylists work with all body shapes and tastes, and they build outfits around you, not around trends.

Where do we shop?

Usually in Śródmieście and Mokotów: Westfield Mokotów, Złote Tarasy, Dom Mody Klif, and Westfield Arkadia for bigger sessions. The stylist confirms the meeting point before the shopping day.

How far in advance should I book?

At least a week before the shoot, so the stylist has time to prepare and shop if needed. Two weeks ahead gives you a wider choice of dates.
