This Cookie Policy explains how tomprophoto.pl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. It also sets out how you can manage your cookie preferences, in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, the ePrivacy Directive and the requirements of Google Consent Mode v2 applicable in the European Economic Area.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your chosen preferences or login — which makes subsequent visits more convenient.
We also use similar technologies such as tracking pixels (web beacons), local storage and event signals as part of Google Consent Mode v2.
Which cookies do we use?
Essential for the site to work properly. They do not require user consent and cannot be disabled. They include session, security and consent-storage cookies.
They allow your preferences to be remembered (language, booking form settings). Active only after you give consent.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse site traffic — the number of visits, time spent on the site, traffic sources. The data is anonymised and aggregated. Active only after you give consent (analytics_storage: granted).
We use Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to display ads tailored to your interests across the Google Display Network, including remarketing. Active only after you give consent (ad_storage: granted and ad_user_data: granted). Without consent, Google Consent Mode v2 operates in conversion-modelling mode without identifying the user.

Google Consent Mode v2
We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 in Advanced mode. This means Google Tag Manager and all Google tags operate in two modes depending on your consent:
- Consent granted (
granted) — full tracking, data collection, remarketing and conversion measurement work normally - Consent denied (
denied) — Google does not store cookies that identify the user; Google applies conversion modelling and behavioral modelling based on aggregated, anonymised signals — without identifying any specific person

Google Ads and remarketing
tomprophoto.pl may display ads across the Google network (Google Display Network, YouTube, Search) to people who have previously visited the site — this is known as remarketing. This feature is active only if you have consented to marketing cookies.
Google, as a data processor, operates under its own Google Privacy Policy. Google processes data within its Google Advertising Products programme and may combine data from your Google account with data from our site if you are logged in and have consented to this in your Google account settings.
You can opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com or via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Your rights and consent
Under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive you have the following rights:
