My name is Tom Bort and I have been running TomProPhoto since 2018. Most people tell me at the start "I don't know how to pose". That's fine. The first few minutes are conversation, not photos. Then I guide you step by step. No "now smile", no stiff setups. You get relaxed, natural photos in a private gallery within 5 days.
I work outdoors across the city and surrounding area, and in studios in Praga and Targówek. Below you'll find each type of shoot, with examples and details of how it works.

Autumn turns grey, rain arrives without warning, and in January it's dark by four. That's when a studio photoshoot in Praga or Targówek saves the day, with natural light and full lighting equipment. Rental is included in the package price.
Indoors I photograph portraits, women's, business, maternity, newborn and family shoots. It's calmer than outdoors: no passers-by, no onlookers, no stress of facing a camera in public for the first time. For many people that's the difference between something you enjoy and something you merely get through.

Before you book
9 most common questionsWhen will I get my photos?
Within 5 days, including full-day projects such as weddings. The gallery stays active for a year, so you can come back for your files without rushing.
Where does a photoshoot in Warsaw take place?
It depends on what we're shooting, but most often:
- Łazienki Royal Park and Skaryszewski Park
- Praga Północ and Koneser
- City centre and Wola, often at the client's office
- The Vistula Boulevards at sunset

How far ahead should I book?
For short projects of 1 to 2 hours, 3 to 7 days is often enough, and sometimes I have a free slot the next day. For longer projects and weddings, it's worth writing 2 to 3 weeks ahead. Saturdays fill up fastest during wedding season, from May to September, and before the holidays.
What if it rains?
First option: we wait a few minutes, as a passing shower usually clears quickly. Second: we reschedule at no extra cost. Third: we move to the studio, with no surcharge on the package.
Can I change outfits?
Yes, we match the number of changes to the length of the shoot. Two or three outfits work well for an hour, and longer shoots easily allow more. The studio has a separate changing area, and outdoors I plan the route so there's somewhere to change along the way.
What should I bring?
For a portrait photoshoot, two or three outfits, comfortable shoes (we walk quite a bit) and a bottle of water are usually enough. For event coverage or business photos the list is different, so after booking I send a short guide tailored to your type of shoot.
Do you work outside the city?
Yes, I travel regularly, most often to the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot), Kraków, Wrocław and Masuria. I cover destination weddings and branding photoshoots. Travel costs are charged separately and agreed before booking.
How does payment work?
The date is reserved with a 30% deposit of the package value (Przelewy24, card or BLIK). The rest is paid on the day of the shoot or afterwards: in cash, by bank transfer or BLIK. VAT invoice on request.
Note: the deposit is forfeited if you cancel. If I cancel the date through my own fault, I pay back twice the deposit. This is how a deposit (zadatek) works under Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code.
Do you also shoot video?
I focus only on photography myself, but I work with two trusted videographers and can recommend someone to suit your budget and type of project: wedding, branding or Instagram reels.
