Payment
- 30% deposit online (Stripe: Przelewy24, card, or BLIK) — to secure your date
- You pay the remaining amount after the session
- I accept card, BLIK, bank transfer, and cash at final settlement
- VAT invoice available on request
If a session was meant to take place outdoors and it turns out to be a rainy day, we'll reschedule it to another date without any trouble. The deposit then carries over to the new date.
If you need to reschedule the session for any other reason, let me know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll find a new date. The deposit is retained and applied to the rescheduled session.

What if the date I want is unavailable?
Definitely get in touch with me. Even if there's no open slot in the calendar, it's often possible to work something out. Sometimes someone changes their booking or a slot frees up, so there's a good chance we'll find a solution.
I have an idea that doesn't fit any category
I have experience carrying out many custom photography projects. If you're dreaming of a session you don't see in the catalog, write to me. I'll gladly talk through the idea and figure out how I can make it happen.
Is the package price final?
Yes. The price shown with each package is final (gross) and includes professional editing of all photos. There are no hidden costs.
What happens to the deposit if I cancel?
The deposit paid is non-refundable if the client cancels the session — in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. If I'm the one who cancels the session, I refund the deposit at double the amount.
